What is Academic Leaders International?

Academic Leaders International (ALI) is founded with one purpose - to build an encompassing experience for internationally-focused students to grow, learn and create (socially and emotionally) within the English language and culture to compliment the great Chinese culture and language.

Through our language arts programs and our partner schools' language arts and other related programs, we help students improve their English language ability to be able to develop academically and personally to the highest level.

Discover the programs and community Academic Leaders International provides to each and every student.

ACADEMIC LEADERS INTERNATIONAL offers English language arts + foreign study program opportunities

ALI PROGRESSIVE ENGLISH LEARNING (PEL) CLUB

In the ALI PEL Book Club, 100 + students from China and Singapore meet in small online groups online to discuss a book that they all are reading together. Through sharing their thinking, they build a richer understanding than any one student could gain from independent English reading alone.  Each week there is a thoughtful assignment to enhance each student's understanding of the material.

Learning can be supplemented by optional work online using IXL Learning.  IXL allows students to learn at their own pace, whether that's reinforcing skills or exploring new skills. And as students learn on IXL, ALI educators and parents can get valuable insights to monitor progress.
